Exchanges and Refunds
As majority of the stock on As I Am Fashion online is imported from U.S.A we do not offer refunds on pre-ordered stock as they carry expensive international shipping costs. We do not offer refunds on sale and clearance items. We do offer refunds and exchanges on stock that is currently based in Australia. Please have a legitimate reason for wanting a refund such as wrong sizing or faulty item. We do not approve change of mind or that item did not arrive on time for an urgent occasion. All refund and exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original brand new state, fragrance free and animal hair free. If they are not then your refund submission will be void. If an item you have received is faulty please notify us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.
