Knee length dress. V-Neck line at bodice lining with Scoop neck at bodice mesh. Flounce at bottom of the skirt and at the end of short, fitted sleeve. Stretch velvet trim at the waist, sleeve flounce seam and skirt flounce seam. Skirt and Sleeve flounce have raw edge at mesh. Zipper at center back.
