Please have a legitimate reason for wanting a refund such as wrong sizing or faulty item. We do not approve change of mind or that a item did not arrive on time for an urgent occasion. All refund and exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original brand new state, fragrance free and animal hair free. If they are not then your refund submission will be void. If an item you have received is faulty please notify us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.
